DVTel and Winchester Systems Form Strategic Alliance to Advance Knowledge and Penetration of IP Surveillance Solutions
Alliance already showing results with two major joint installations

Ridgefield Park, NJ, and Burlington, MA, January 24, 2006 - DVTel Inc., multiple award-winning market leader in delivering integrated IP security solutions for surveillance and monitoring, today announced that DVTel and Winchester Systems have entered into a strategic alliance to promote the companies' joint solution, targeted at the growing network video surveillance and management market. The alliance is off to a fast start with two joint installations at a major Indian casino in Northern California and a corrections facility in New Mexico.

Lab testing has been completed and Winchester Systems products have been DVTel-certified.

The cross-promotion of both companies' leading products will help educate the market while offering superior performance and cost-efficiencies for network video surveillance, management, and storage. To this end, the two companies plan a series of upcoming webinars targeted at end users, system's integrators, and architecture & engineering firms to enhance knowledge and understanding of network video management and Winchester's storage solutions. The companies plan to jointly participate in trade shows in 2006 to highlight the combined DVTel-Winchester solution.
